These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of epicentersocalmarketing.com (the "Site"), operated by Epicenter So Cal ("Epicenter," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 255 E Rincon St, Corona, CA 92879. By accessing or using the Site, submitting a form, or joining our text-message program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Definitions

  • "Site" means epicentersocalmarketing.com and its pages, forms, and content.
  • "Services" means the Site together with our contact forms, job-application forms, and text-message program.
  • "You" means the person using the Site or Services, or the company on whose behalf that person acts.

Eligibility & Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a job application or join our text-message program. You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, scrape it, or submit false or misleading information.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, photographs, graphics, the Epicenter So Cal name, logo, and ring mark, and the Site design, is owned by or licensed to Epicenter and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute it without our written permission. Other brand names mentioned on the Site belong to their owners and are used for identification only; their mention does not imply endorsement.

Submissions & Applications

When you submit information through our contact or careers forms, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, an offer of employment, or a guarantee of an interview. Epicenter So Cal is an equal-opportunity employer.

Careers & Earnings Disclaimer

Information on the Site about careers, roles, advancement, training, travel, bonuses, or earnings is general and for illustration only. It is not a promise or guarantee of employment, position, promotion, schedule, or income. Where pay includes commissions or bonuses, actual earnings vary widely and depend on individual effort, skill, hours worked, market conditions, and other factors outside our control; many people earn less than top performers. Results described for any individual or team are not typical and do not predict your results. Any employment is governed only by a written offer and applicable company policies and, unless a written agreement says otherwise, is at will. Specific compensation terms are provided in writing during the hiring process.

Text Message (SMS) Terms

Program. Epicenter So Cal sends text messages to people who opt in through a consent checkbox on our forms or otherwise give express consent. Messages relate to your inquiry or job application, such as application updates, interview scheduling and reminders, and onboarding information.

  • Consent: By opting in, you agree to receive recurring texts from Epicenter So Cal at the number you provided, which may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of employment, of applying, or of any purchase.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
  • Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact HR@epicenter-socal.com or +1 951-477-1821.
  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Your number: Tell us promptly if you change or give up the number you enrolled. You confirm you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission.
  • Privacy: Your mobile information is handled under our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services, including our related sites and map or social services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Epicenter about the Site.
